Automatic cotton swab making machine with hot wind drying is controlled by PLC. It is adopted with infrared warm air to remove water in running. The equipment of vacuum suction-type automatic packaging with a manipulator is controlled by computer, which completes a one-step process from opening, crushing cotton, molding and drying to packaging. Time and human resource saving. And it is operated only by two persons. So products are manufactured fast and avoided quantity inaccuracy and insanitation by manual package.
Products specification and cotton swabs quantity of every package are as followed:
1. By boxes, cotton swabs amount: 100, 200
2. By poly-bags, cotton swabs amount: 100, 200, 300
3. By suction cards, cotton swabs amount: 400, 500
4. By cylinders, cotton swabs amount: 100, 200, 300
5. For medical cotton swabs, packed by poly-bags, amount: 20, 30, 50, 100, 200, 400.
It also applies to manufacture plastic sticks, paper sticks, wooden sticks, bamboo sticks, medical cotton swabs with single-head, makeup cotton swabs and baby cotton swabs.
The capacities are as followed:
1.1000-1200 ones per a minute for plastic and paper sticks, scrap rate is less then three three-tenths of 1%
2.800-1000 ones per minute for bamboo sticks, scrap rate is less than 1%.
3.1000-1100 ones per minute for wooden swabs, scrap rate is less than 1%
The outside measure of complete machine: 9500mm(L)*1000mm(W)*1400mm(H). Drying power is 14KW.
The fixture is different because of different package methods.
Sliver specification:
1. Weight: 1.5G/M, even length and weight
2. Plastic stick length: 2.3mm-2.4mm, round but not too flat, weight is more than 15g, length is around 72mm, error is less than 1mm.
3. Drying power for complete machine: 8KW
4. Voltage: 380V
